This project aims to integrate young people into professional life by offering them comprehensive training in soft skills, along with orientation and counseling sessions. These facilitators were carefully chosen from diverse backgrounds and regions across Tunisia. Specifically, they represent nine different regions: Kairouan, Gabes, Beja, Jendouba, Tunis, Manouba, Sousse, Sfax, and Kef. <\/span><\/p>\n Each facilitator brings unique perspectives, skills, and experiences to the program, enriching the learning environment and ensuring comprehensive coverage of the country’s various regions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Following their selection, the facilitators were tasked with conducting life skills sessions within their respective regions as part of our program’s objectives. Leveraging their expertise and training, these facilitators organized a total of 80 training sessions across Tunisia. Under the auspices of YIEP 3 (Youth Inclusive Entrepreneurship Program), three Guidance Days were scheduled.<\/span><\/p>\n The inaugural event took place at the Basma Center, where individuals with disabilities were interviewed to understand their aspirations and challenges better. The objective was to offer tailored guidance by informing them about relevant opportunities suited to their abilities and interests.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span>The second Guidance Day, in collaboration with JCI Mornaguia, was strategically scheduled during the period of school and university orientation. This timing aimed to capitalize on the pivotal moment when individuals are making decisions about their educational and career paths.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The third Guidance Day, conducted in collaboration with Manar Campus, was strategically timed to coincide with the period when individuals were exploring opportunities for master’s internships. The essence of D\u00e9fouli was to embark on a journey across Tunisia accompanied by GAME Play makers, who would orchestrate engaging sports activities with the youth in each region.<\/span><\/p>\n Following these recreational activities, the iiDebate team would seize the opportunity to engage in discussions with the youth regarding the paths they are forging for themselves.
